Abstract：The reform of state-owned enterprises,that is deeply influencing the employment situation,is the center of China's economy.Based on the analysis of the factors related to the unemployment problem in cities,this article draws a conclusion that the reform of state-own ed enterprises is the main factor.In view of the geography,this paper researches the spatial distinction and departmental distinction of employment situation influenced by the reform of state-owned enterprises.From the east to the west,the employment situation is for the worse.The traditional industrial cities' unemployment problem is more serious than other regions.The quantity of super of mining and quarrying is the most,and the ratio of super of manufacturing is the highest.It would be in favor of solving the unemployment problem if we adopted these theories.
